The NXT-GEN ELIT3 ACADEMY offers a 12-week program designed for young athletes aged 12 to 17, from beginners to advanced levels, who want to improve performance or build confidence in training. The program aims to help athletes move better, think sharper, and perform stronger through education, execution, and empowerment.
Sessions are held twice a week, Monday through Thursday, at the Be Elit3 Training Club. Day 1 focuses on strength (push/pull/legs, sleds, squats, technique coaching), while Day 2 focuses on speed and athleticism (agility drills, reaction time, conditioning games). Athletes will learn and improve sprint mechanics, speed, agility, strength foundations, explosive power, technique, coordination, injury prevention, confidence, discipline, and resilience.
The academy uses tools and equipment such as Ski Ergs, sleds, Assault Bikes, kettlebells, and dumbbells. Optional recovery sessions, including ice baths, boots, sauna, stretching, and mindfulness, are available every 4th Saturday. Coaching is provided by experienced coaches with youth performance expertise, maintaining a 1:10 coach-to-athlete ratio.
Key differentiators include true athlete development beyond a bootcamp, individual attention in a group setting, mindset and confidence coaching, and a focus on form, function, and real progress. Expected outcomes are improved speed, strength, movement, confidence, discipline, and tools for safe and effective lifelong training.
The program includes a structured and progressive training plan, mindset check-ins, and community access.
