Classes for Body and Mind
Push Day (Upper 1)
Time to build that power chest, round shoulders, and rock-solid triceps. Upper 1 is all about pressing, pushing, and pumping up the muscles that make you look and feel strong. Walk out of this one with the upper-body pump of your life.
Pull Day (Upper 2)
Back day done right. Rows, pulls, curls, and everything in between to grow width, thickness, and pulling strength. Upper 2 will leave your lats wide, your biceps pumped, and your posture looking bulletproof.
Hybrid (Hyrox-Inspired)
This is where strength meets conditioning. A gritty, fast-paced session that blends lifting, cardio, and functional movements to push your limits. You’ll sweat, you’ll grind, and you’ll leave feeling like an athlete.
Leg Day (Lower)
The one you don’t want to skip. Quads, glutes, hamstrings – all under fire. From heavy lifts to explosive moves, Lower day will build strength, shape, and serious lower-body power. Step in light, leave with legs shaking.
Core & Mobility
Strong core, strong body. This class builds your abs, improves your movement, and unlocks mobility so you feel better in and out of training. Think: stability, flexibility, and a core that can handle anything.
Push & Pull Combo (Upper 3)
The best of both worlds. Smash big compound lifts for chest and back, then finish with accessories to round out the pump. Upper 3 builds muscle, strength, and balance – all in one powerful session.
Online Coaching, Live Deliberately
Our online coaching is designed to give you the same level of personalisation and accountability as face-to-face training, but with the flexibility to work around your schedule and location.
You’ll receive a fully personalised nutrition plan and a tailored training program, built specifically for your goals, lifestyle, and preferences. To keep you on track, you’ll have one weekly check-in with one of our professional trainers, all done directly through our Skool app.
